What Does The Handmade to Order Process Look Like?

CraftsByRowan products are handmade to order with care, detail, and book-inspired craftsmanship. Because each piece is made individually, every order goes through a preparation and creation process before it is ready to ship.

Please allow approximately 15–25 business days for your order to be handmade and prepared. During busier periods, this may take longer. These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed, as handmade items can require extra time to ensure the design, finish, and quality are completed properly.

Once your order has been made and checked, we will prepare it for shipment and confirm the shipping details. After dispatch, delivery usually takes an additional 5–10 business days, depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and any delays outside of our control.

We do our best to keep orders moving as quickly as possible, but handmade work takes time. Each piece is created with care rather than mass-produced, and we appreciate your patience while your order is being made.
