Returns, Refunds & Order Policy

At CraftsByRowan, each product is handmade to order with care, detail, and time. Because every piece is made specifically for each customer, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged.

Handmade Order Processing

All items are handmade and prepared individually. For this reason, processing and delivery times are only estimates and are not guaranteed.

We do not guarantee any specific delivery date or arrival time. Delays may occur due to order volume, handmade production time, shipping carriers, customs, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that handmade products take time and that estimated delivery windows are not guaranteed.

Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Because each item is handmade to order, materials, design preparation, and production may begin shortly after purchase. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellation requests.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final unless your item arrives damaged.

We only accept return or refund requests if the product arrives damaged. We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind, ordering the wrong item, delays in delivery, incorrect shipping details entered by the customer, or failure to read the product description before purchasing.

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage, the packaging, and the item received.

If the damage claim is approved, the item must be returned to us before a refund, replacement, or store credit is issued. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we may offer one of the following options:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • A refund to the original payment method

Refunds, replacements, or store credit will not be issued until the damaged item has been returned and inspected.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you enter the wrong shipping address, you must contact us within 7 days of placing your order to request an address change. Address changes are not guaranteed and can only be made if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

If the wrong address is provided and the order is shipped before we are contacted, the customer is fully responsible. We are not liable for lost, delayed, returned, or delivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Refunds will not be issued for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will review the issue and decide whether the item qualifies for a replacement, store credit, or refund after return and inspection.

Delivery Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, holidays, incorrect addresses, weather, high order volume, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Because our products are handmade to order, delivery dates are estimates only. A delayed delivery does not qualify for a refund or cancellation.

Final Sale Items

Because our items are handmade to order, all products are considered final sale unless they arrive damaged.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
